My name is Carl Bloomer and I founded Legacy Benefit Solutions in August of 2005 to provide health insurance for individuals, families, employers, and seniors.  I serve as the health insurance specialist for many insurance agencies in the tri-state, acting as a resource for their clients and advisors.  

In addition to over 35 years of experience in the financial services and health insurance industry and being a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Business, I have attained a Chartered Life Underwriter, Registered Health Underwriter, Registered Employee Benefit Consultant, and Life Underwriter Training Counsel Fellowship designations.  My experience with Western Southern Life and Assurant Health helped me develop the needed skills to assist business owners and individuals. 

Believing one must support the industry which supports me, I am participating member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) serving on committees and taught an ethics course for ten years. My wife and I are active members of our church, serve as a leader of a community group and have participated in various serving opportunities. 

I'm blessed to share my life with a wonderful wife for over 39 years and have two great adult children. God is good - all the time!
